Song  and Dance Ensemble of Cossacks was founded in 1995 by Honored Artist of Ukraine – Alexander Mukenko. Nowadays ensemble is the striking example of Cossacks culture representation in the region. 

All these years the ensemble successfully acts as at home in Russia,  as on international venues, around world. 

the ensemble was honored to represent the culture of St.Petersburg, together with the collections of the Hermitage, the Russian Museum and the Stroganov fund in the United States in 2000

August 1999 - September 2000, Ensemble represent the culture of the Cossacks in the DPRK;
February 2001 – Switzerland
March 2002 -  15 day Japan conert tour
2002- Switzerland concert tour
October-November 2003 – Concert tour around Finland
March 2004 – Swedeen concert tour;
2006 - Italy – ensemble attended to the opening of the Ski slopes Championship.

Ensemble cooperate with various Russian and international partners. Last years, ensemble moves to Riga with anual concert dedicated to the Victory Day
